High-performance Roll Forming Machine for Customized Steel Crash Barrier W Beam 2 Wave Highway Guardrai.The equipment used in crash barrier shaping is intended to create w beam guardrails with 2 waves, or beams positioned on both sides of an expressway or highway. A gear box drives the machine, which is more stable than a chain drive. It is made up of an automated cutting system, punching device, main forming, manual decoiler, material feeding, and raw material levelling. The finished product can be cut in accordance with a predetermined length controller, and an encoder measures the length automatically. The machine will automatically stop cutting the sheet when the finished product reaches the desired length. Once this is done, the machine will start up again and more beams will be needed to fix the guardrail. There must be holes punched in that. Typical thickness is 3–4 mm. Guardrail making machines are driven differently.
